Head of Sales Operations
About The Position
Our Head of Sales Ops is a force multiplier whose goal it is to free the Sales team to focus on selling, and equip them to sell effectively. You will manage the Sales Ops team and work closely with VPs of Sales, serve as their trusted advisor and help develop the strategy and support Sales infrastructure You will work Spotinst's with Leadership to identify business opportunities, improve efficiency, measure performance and support the organization as it scales.
- Proven experience in successfully leading Sales Ops at global B2B-focused SaaS companies.
- Minimum 3 years experience in designing processes and implementing them in information systems.
- Degree in relevant fields such as business, economics, or industrial engineering.
- Experience in leading people (preferably remote), including hiring, training, coaching and development.
- Proven record of establishing teams and driving change in a matrix environment.
- Strong teamwork AND leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Data-driven and strong analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality.
- Experience at Cloud companies.
- MBA from a leading institution.
- Managing employees across regions
