About The Position
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to be the first Recruitment member in our US offices, to function as a trusted partner to the hiring managers, owning the relationship and driving hiring strategy and process.
If you want to establish and lead full cycle recruitment processes, have a "can do" approach, quick problem-solving skills, as well as independence and an ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, This is your chance to join us!
- Manage end-to-end hiring process in the US as part of the global hiring efforts
- Develop unique sourcing strategies to surface top passive candidates
- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets
- Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously
- Work closely with hiring managers and serve as a consultant and partner staying current on business and market trends
- At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process for technological companies
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong sourcing skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work closely with a global team
- Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Time management and multitasking skill
