About The Position

We are looking for an outstanding ambitious Administrative & Personal Assistant.

Our ideal candidate must have a "can do" approach, high intelligence and quick problem-solving skills, as well as assertiveness, independence and an ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle relevant personal and business needs for the company's CEO
  • Manage executive's calendars
  • Schedule meetings and occasionally participate in order to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
  • In charge of all day-to-day office administration issues
  • Coordination of business travel, transport and accommodation
  • Unique focal point for office facilities 
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff

Requirements


  • Highly and frequently available in and outside the office 
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • High availability, tact, flexibility and adaptability
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • A strong sense of urgency, accountability and end-to-end ownership
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing
  • Fast learner and self-motivated
  • Up to 2 years of experience from High-Tech startups - Advantage
