We are looking for a Partnership Operations Associate for our growing Partnership department!


Operations -- 

  • Establishing systems to perform a range of critical coordination tasks, at scale. Including, but not limited to:
  1. CRM Tasks such as:
  •  Creating, tracking, updating, and transferring sales opportunities across both the Spotinst and Partner sales teams
  • Manage and update a growing CRM of global Partner contacts

2.Working with Partner Processes and Systems to do the following but not limited to:

  • Apply for valuable programs
  • Utilize Partner credits 
  • Ensure AWS compliance; coordinate internal teams in order to optimize Amazon alliance

3.Work closely with our two senior alliance leads to drive efficiency both in the US and internally, with a range of partner programs

  • Spotinst’s partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is key, both in the U.S, globally, and with future partners 
  • Over time, this position will have broad operational impact across all of the “go-to-market” business teams at Spotinst


  • at least 1 year prior startup experience (pre-Series D), preferably in an Operations role(s)
  • Strong interest in building and managing systems that scale and a strong desire to make a fast-growing organization more efficient
  • Enjoy working with business teams and translating process improvement into business value
  • Self-motivated, comfortable with a dynamic environment, autonomy and a desire for impact
  • Experience with sales & marketing enterprise software such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo- highly preferable
  • Terrific attention to detail. We need to rely on you to get sensitive detailed tasks done quickly and independently
  • Undergraduate degree with academic and/or athletic distinction highly preferable
  • Some technical background - an advantage
  • Prior experience in the Cloud Infrastructure industry -an advantage
