HR Manager

Spotinst is experiencing meteoric growth that requires us to scale our recruitment and other HR related operations in the company. The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our initiatives, passionately enhancing our candidates and employees experience.

 

Responsibilities
  • Full recruitment life-cycle from job definition, sourcing, screening & interviewing potential candidates through hiring and onboarding

  • Generating sourcing and recruitment activities such as online campaigns and events

  • Maintaining and growing the culture and wellbeing within the company to attract and retain the right talent

  • Manage all HR related aspects, including:  HR work plan, hiring & onboarding, coaching and developing managers , individuals’ issues, such as compensation, labor law, terminations, personal issues; etc

Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant HR work experience in technology based startups

  • Experience working with software development teams at startup environments

  • Proven hiring experience; experience in US – an advantage

  • In-depth experience in conducting behavioral interviews

  • Excellent English – verbal and written

  • Team player, independent and work well under pressure

  • Hard worker, capable with dealing with work-life balance challenges of a young startup
